-The full evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (26 hours) 8 weekly 2.5 hour group classes with a Day of Mindfulness, taught by Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang and Ellen Cooke, MD.
-4, 1:1 private Mindful Coaching sessions with Dr. Jessie Mahoney- you schedule with Dr. Mahoney when you feel you need them the most--at least one session should be after the Day of Mindfulness.
-Mindful Physician CME live small group course with hardcopy workbook with Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang 7x 1 hour sessions (6 hours of CME available).Start date August 8th, 2021 4pm PST.
While live attendance is highly encouraged, if you cannot make it to the live offerings, you will have member access to the recordings (except to MBSR to help promote an open and safe environment for sharing) to catch up on your own time.
